Christopher B.5/29/2026I was disappointed with this item. It was supposed to include a Pall. It included what looked like a Pall until you picked it up. It was just one layer of floppy cloth. A Pall for covering the Chalice is usually stiff. It is usually made of two layers of cloth sewn together so that a stiff insert can be inserted into it. This was just one piece of cloth without any stiffener. so it is useless as a Pall because it would fall into the Chalice and get soaked with the wine. A Pall also gives shape to the Chalice Veil when it covers the Chalice. The Purificator and Finger Towel are the same size and both too narrow when folded to be used as a purificator. The embroidery on what I assume to be the purificator is to rough to wipe the Chalice with as it would scratch the surface of the cup. The Corporal is satisfactory. I decided not to return them as I couldn't be bothered. I will use both the "Purificator" and the Finger Towel as finger towels. The "Pall" as a Pall is useless. On the website there was no way of telling that the Pall was just a single layer of cloth without a stiffener. Now, I don't know if all the Palls on the website are like that. I had intended to buy some more - now?
