We ordered a big expensive statue from Holy Art and had a terrible time with the Shipment. It somehow got stolen in transit before it made it through customs. The wonderful people at Holy Art made it super easy to fix the situation. They worked with the shipping company and got the item shipped again under warranty. We did not have to do anything.
