Holyart propose un choix incroyable de produits spirituels et religieux de grande qualité. La navigation sur leur site est facile, et les descriptions des articles sont détaillées, je trouve que des fois il manque des photos ou certain détail de dimension. La livraison a été rapide et soignée, et les produits étaient parfaitement emballés.

I've been ordering from Holy Art for some years now, they have basically furnished our chapel. The products are excellent but what I love most is the customer service. It's personal, friendly and they always work with the customer in mind. Shipping is reliable, efficiently tracked and we order all of our supplies from Holy Art now. Price wise they are more than competitive and the service is far better than our old UK supplier so we will use them for as long as the quality and service keeps coming!

We made a purchase for missionaries in Nigeria who needed a host maker. HolyArt and their staff were amazing, especially Alessandra who helped us obtain this machine for them. It is very difficult to ship items to Nigeria, from the high import taxes to packages going missing, but Holy Art helped us with the fee and the package made it made it safe and sound and in very good condition! We can't wait to use it for the salvation of souls here. God bless HolyArt and their work. Will buy again from them soon.

Ho ritirato il mio acquisto direttamente presso Holyart, dove c'è a disposizione un parcheggio molto ampio. Ho trovato il personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Sono stata servita subito, quindi non ho avuto inutili tempi di attesa. L'imballaggio esterno era solido, quindi difficilmente il contenuto avrebbe potuto danneggiarsi. All'interno c'era tutto quello che avevo ordinato, ogni pezzo era nel proprio imballaggio originale.

Einzigartiger Kundenservice
Der Kundenservice vor dem Kauf war phänomenal und hat entschieden zum Kauf beigetragen. Der Service nach dem Kauf ist ebenso gut gewesen und gibt mir das Gefühl bei Holyart gut aufgehoben zu sein. Excellent service, fast shipping though it shipping cost seems to be getting expensive. Perhaps a suggestion for improvement would be to allow customers to choose different kinds of shipping methods based on cost and speed.

Holyart est vraiment une entreprise sérieuse avec un réel souci du client. Cela fait quelques années maintenant que nous commandons chez eux. Une fois nous avions commandé une crèche, dont l'intérêt est d'être installée pour Noël, et le colis s'était égaré de la faute du transporteur eh bien ils n'ont pas attendu la résolution du problème, ils nous ont directement renvoyé une crèche en nous demandant de leur retourne le 1er colis si un jour nous le recevions. Cà c'est du service client de haut niveau.

Holyart is a great Italian company that lives up to their name! We placed our order from The US and had an issue with our CC provider not allowing the transaction. I reached out to Holyart after clearing the transaction with our CC provider and got the order processed while on the phone. Afterwards the Holyart customer care representative reached out to inform me that I hadn’t applied the promotional discount on my approved transaction that I had previously. She informed me Holyart would refund me the promotional discount, which they did. Great company and great products!

I have been looking for additional figurines for our church Nativity scene and everything I came across was very expensive. I happened to find Holyart's website and they had just the pieces I was looking for at reasonable prices but I wasn't sure of the sizing so I emailed customer service and within hours received a detailed explanation of how to determine proportionate size. Then, Patricia went one step further and offered to give me her opinion if I sent her the height of some of our existing figures. I did and she responded quickly with her thoughts. I placed the order, receiving discounts for using the app, and within a week I had my figurines. They were packed securely and arrived perfectly. On top of all that, they surpassed my expectations. These figures are so life-like you expect them to start moving around. I ordered a donkey and an ox and until you touch them, you think they are covered in actual fur. I am so pleased with my experiences with Holyart. I hope to be able to order more items in the future.
